Background: Learn with Victory is small business private tutoring session for children in elementary through high school. My client can tutor online and in-person services to progress each child learning and comprehension skills.
Problem
How can improve my my client's brand and first website to gain more clientele for her business?
A middle school math and science teacher in Chicago, IL, has been tutoring children for 11 years and started her private tutoring business three years ago. With over 20 clients and success stories, she is now seeking to increase her business to help more students.

Research Goals
Our goal is to comprehend her users' needs to produce a responsive web design that is reliable, informative, and user-friendly to receive my client's tutoring services.
How do we do that? Be these objectives...
1. Survey or interview her clients and know what they're looking for in her website
2. Discover what problems or pains her clients face with my client
3. Determine what features and elements work and don’t work for such design
4. Understand the current solutions the market competitors are already implementing

Competitive Analysis

Survey Findings
Google Forms surveys were sent to parents and students to gather their experiences and needs for a responsive website design, enabling better booking with the client.

Design features to add based on the information from the surveys and competitive analysis.

The products's focus is on organizing each page and simplifying the flow for user's to navigate for their children's learning experience.
User Flow
The user journey for her first business website and mobile app visually represents users navigation, including checking the services, testimonials and booking a tutor session appointment.

Design
Design Learn with Victory's brand identity, low-mid and high-fidelity wireframes for the responsive website for desktop and mobile.
Low-mid Fidelity
These are the early concepts for the website inspire by Pinterest images of blue and orange interior designs, color schemes, and other tutoring websites. Geometry-inspired shapes were inspired from my math teacher client.
Logo Design
The client's brand are classy, warm, playful, inviting and catchy. The font is Barlow fits both classy and fun look with a pencil illustration a tutor and two children. The primary color is blue for challenging learning obstacles. while red represents stimulation and collaboration. The orange and yellow color add a fun, warm feel to the brand, making learning more enjoyable. 
Style Sheet
The logo design was complements to the new style guide that align with the brand's core values ensuring a balance for all children in different grades, avoiding over-playfulness.​​​​
High-Fidelity Wireframes
Learn with Victory design with high-fidelity, UI components, colors, typography and imagery. The client's passion for education, as a math and science teacher and private tutor, inspired the website. Different device sizes is consider for both desktop and mobile.
